Hi, and welcome to my website. My name is Bella Klaber, and I’ve been living with high blood pressure since my mid-thirties. My doctor said that hypertension may in part be hereditary. I do have to take medication, but it’s a low dosage. I’ve also made some lifestyle changes, and that is what I want to share with you. You can probably guess what some of the lifestyle changes have been, eating healthy, losing weight, and exercising more are at the top of the list. But did you know that certain foods can help lower blood pressure? Or that some exercises are better than others? My physician and I have worked out a regime that works for me, but I’m always researching and trying to learn more ways to improve my health and in particular lower my blood pressure.
